Add a new charity to ChangePath

Fill in this form to add a charity to ChangePath.

Please note that there are two criteria for being listed on ChangePath:
  • The charity must be registered with the ACNC
  • The charity must have a web presence

Once this form is submitted, it will be approximately 48 hours before the charity is listed, but scoring may take longer depending on the complexity of the charity website.

The link to the charity's ACNC record. Go to the charity's page on the ACNC and copy the URL here. Must start with https://www.acnc.gov.au and can end in 'profile'. e.g. https://www.acnc.gov.au/charity/charities/3474837c-38af-e811-a95e-000d3ad24c60/profile
